The Fly-fisherman has more then fifty (50) different areas and spots to go fly-fish to on the exclusive territory of 60 square miles (100km2) of Wapoos Sibi. Fast water fishing ; pools ; lakes ; river; every spot is a different environment in full nature and can give different excitement for walleye fishing and trout fishing ! Wapoos Sibi has many virgin and unknown spots on its territory and some zones are reserved exclusively for fly-fishing. As a fly-fisherman in Wapoos Sibi, you will find yourself alone on your own reserved and private zone of fly-fishing. Every day can be organized as a mini-expedition to reach a new area to go fly-fishing. A service of semi-guiding is offer to the clients; the fly-fisherman is taken and driven by ATV or 4 X 4 to a secluded area of the territory with a private zone of fly-fishing. The fly-fisherman will be impressed by the variety of game fish on the territory of Wapoos Sibi; it goes from the Black Walleye to the Yellow Walleye – some of them can go up to 20 pounds! To the Lake Trout that can be caught by fly-fishing as well as the Speckled Trout and, without forgetting, of course, an authentic game fish of Northern Quebec, the famous Quebec Red Trout ! Some sections of Wapoos Sibi are catch and release, some others, you can even keep the fish !
